    Client Pain Point
    A leading chip manufacturer was struggling with high defect rates (>5%) during ArF immersion lithography. Imported photoresists were not fully compatible with their domestic lithography tools, leading to line width variation and unstable yields in sub-14nm nodes.

    Our Solution
    UIV CHEM provided a custom-engineered ArF photoresist, designed specifically for SMEE SSX600 lithography systems. We also offered a process optimization package that included a matching parameter library and AI-based defect analysis tools.

  • Flexible OLED Display Manufacturing

    Client Pain Point
    A display manufacturer needed to develop 600+ PPI flexible OLED panels, but their existing photoresists couldn’t achieve <5μm pixel resolution and were prone to collapse during development.

    Our Solution
    UIV CHEM delivered a high-resolution OLED photoresist with strong vertical wall definition and excellent adhesion to flexible substrates. We also customized a low-temperature polyimide as a supporting base layer to improve yield and surface uniformity.

    An EV battery producer faced challenges with impurities and surface contamination during the coating of NMP-based electrode slurries, which reduced cell performance and cycle life.
